"The worst insurance staff I have ever experienced I was in the accident my car got Total damage They kept taken money from my account and the agent and his staff know I didn’t have another car, I been waiting for my refund from before Christmas 2025, every time I call the staff that answer the phone give me the same story, 1st she said 10 days then the 10 days pass I called again she said we are working on it, I’m going to file a complaint with better business Bureau today soon as they open. I called member of my family and friends the will start swinging from State Farm to another insurance. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone."
